Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of Studio at studio.arthea.ai. By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to them. If you're using Studio on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on the company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
What you can do
Use Studio to write, plan, and render films you've conceived. You own the films you make — the scripts, the bibles, the generated assets, the final cut. We claim no rights over them beyond what we need to host them for you.
Bring your own API keys (Free) or subscribe to Studio Pro ($19/month) to use ours.
What you can't do
Don't use Studio to generate content that depicts real identifiable people without their consent (deepfakes), CSAM, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours (France, EU). Don't probe the platform for vulnerabilities outside a published bug-bounty programme.
Don't resell Studio Pro access or share an account across a team — get in touch about team plans when you need them.
AI provider terms apply on top of these — Imagen, Runway, Veo, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs each have their own acceptable use policies. They are linked from Settings → Models.
Pricing & billing
Studio Pro is $19/month, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and Pro features remain active until then.
Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of their billing cycle and are emailed before any change.
VAT and sales tax are added where applicable.
Service
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime and respond to incidents on a best-effort basis. Studio is offered "as is" — no SLAs are guaranteed at the current pricing tier. If a generation fails on our servers, we don't bill it against your quota.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice and a chance to remediate where the violation isn't malicious. Deleted data is gone within 30 days; billing records are retained for the legal minimum.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arthea's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Paris unless your local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
